Content disclaimer
My Ghana Life · operated by Caesium Solutions Limited · effective 9 October 2026
My Ghana Life is a fictional life-simulation game operated by Caesium Solutions Limited. This disclaimer explains what the city is, and what a familiar name inside it does not mean.
Read it with the Terms of Use and the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
1. Entertainment
My Ghana Life is made for play. It draws on life in Ghana, including cities, work, transport, food, rent, nightlife, and ordinary errands, and then simplifies, exaggerates, or invents what it needs for a game.
A realistic surface does not make a price, a job, a conversation, or an outcome true outside the game.
2. Real brands
The city may include real company names, products, logos, venues, and other commercial identities so the setting is recognisable.
Unless we expressly label a brand as a partner, sponsor, or advertiser, its appearance does not mean that the brand paid us, authorised the depiction, sponsors My Ghana Life, or has any commercial relationship with Caesium Solutions Limited.
Trademarks and other third-party rights stay with their owners. Showing them in the game does not transfer those rights to us or to you.
3. Partners and advertisers
Some placements are paid. A billboard or similar integration that a player or a business buys is commercial. Where we have a wider partnership, we will say so in plain language, such as partner, sponsor, or advertiser.
The absence of that label means you should not assume a relationship exists.
4. Stories about brands
A failed errand, a rude customer, a closed shop, or any other event in the fiction is a game event. It is not a claim that a real business behaved that way, even if a real name appears elsewhere in the city.
If a storyline would seriously confuse people about a real organisation, we may change the name, the branding, or the scene.
5. Public institutions
The game may mention or depict public life in Ghana, including the Ghana Police Service, the courts, regulators such as the Economic and Organised Crime Office, ministries, and local assemblies.
My Ghana Life is not operated by the Government of Ghana or by any public institution, and it is not an official simulation of any of them.
6. Officials in the story
Police, clerks, politicians, and other officials in the game are fictional unless we identify a real collaboration. Their words and decisions are game mechanics. They are not statements about an identifiable officer or office-holder.
7. Official symbols
Naming an institution does not mean we claim the right to reproduce every seal, coat of arms, flag, badge, or insignia attached to it. Where the law requires permission, we use a stylised or generic stand-in instead of the protected symbol.
8. Real places
The city may name or suggest real states, towns, neighbourhoods, roads, and landmarks, including places in Accra. Distances, layouts, ownership, prices, and what happens there are changed for play.
My Ghana Life is not a map, a bank, or a government service, and it is not a guide to any real place.
9. Real people
Player characters and the figures around them are not portraits of identifiable people, unless we have said that a collaboration exists. A cultural reference, including a nickname tied to public culture, is flavour in the game. It is not a depiction or an endorsement of that person.
Holding a public office in the fiction does not mean the character is the person who holds that office in Ghana.
10. Game cedis
Amounts shown with the ₵ sign for your wallet, pay, rent, fares, food, and other play costs are game cedis, unless the screen clearly says you are paying real money.
Game cedis are not Ghanaian legal tender. They are not issued by the Bank of Ghana. They are not the eCedi. They are not a deposit, and they cannot be withdrawn as cash. Moving them inside the game, including a referral reward, does not turn them into money.
We use familiar currency language so the fictional economy is easy to read.
11. Money in the story
Gifts, spending, nightlife, and similar scenes use fictional units. They are not advice, and they are not an invitation to do anything Ghanaian currency law forbids with real notes or coins.
12. Work, business, and money systems
Jobs, salaries, businesses, rent, and other economic ideas in the city exist for entertainment. Nothing in My Ghana Life is financial, tax, or investment advice, a securities offer, a deposit product, or a promise about real-world money.
13. Law and enforcement in the story
Any arrest, fine, dispute, or official encounter in the game is a simplified fiction. It is not legal advice and it is not a description of Ghanaian procedure.
14. Politics
If the game shows an election, a tax, or a public decision, that is a game system. It is not a claim about a real office-holder or a real policy.
15. Jobs are not offers
A job, a wage, or a skill check inside My Ghana Life is a game mechanic. It is not an offer of employment and it is not a professional qualification.
16. No endorsement either way
A real name in the city is not, by itself, an endorsement in either direction. We do not claim that every organisation shown approves of the depiction, and inclusion is not our recommendation or our criticism of that organisation.
17. Accuracy
We may aim for a familiar Ghana, and we do not promise that a real-world detail in the game is complete, current, or fit to rely on outside the game. The city can depart from reality on purpose.
18. Rights requests
If you are authorised to speak for a brand, institution, or other right and you believe something in My Ghana Life infringes that right or creates serious confusion, contact Caesium Solutions Limited. Tell us who you are, what the right is, where the content appears, and what the concern is.
We may change, label, or remove content after we review a request. Sending a request does not by itself decide the legal question, and it does not require us to accept every remedy asked for.
19. Our own material
Original game systems, original art, interface, and writing in My Ghana Life belong to Caesium Solutions Limited or are used with permission. Third-party marks and content you submit are separate, as the terms describe.
20. The city changes
Brands, places, and scenes can be added, renamed, or removed as My Ghana Life develops. No reference is promised to stay.
