Community guidance

My Ghana Life · operated by Caesium Solutions Limited · effective 9 October 2026

This guidance is how players treat each other in My Ghana Life. It applies to names, usernames, chat, relationships, blocks, and billboards.

It sits alongside the Terms of Use. Breaking it can lead to removed content or a closed account.

1. The standard

Play the way you would with people you respect. The city is shared. A joke that only lands because it humiliates someone else does not belong here.

2. Who the city is for

The minimum age is the age on the sign-up screen, currently 14 unless a higher age is shown. Do not help a younger child open an account.

Sexual or romantic content involving anyone under 18 is forbidden, even if both accounts passed the age check. If you see it, stop and report it.

3. Names and profiles

Use a name and username you are willing to show other players. Do not impersonate another player, a public figure, or Caesium Solutions Limited in order to deceive someone.

Do not put another person’s private contact details, documents, or whereabouts into your name or profile.

4. Chat

Say what you mean, and leave when a conversation is done. You can block someone. A block is a boundary. Respect it, including by not using another account to get around it.

Do not spam, flood chat, or push people toward a scheme.

5. Harassment and hate

Insults, slurs, threats, and stalking are not allowed. That includes attacks on someone because of ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or similar grounds.

Unwanted sexual remarks and pressure to move a conversation somewhere unsafe are harassment. Stop when the other person stops.

6. Private information

Do not reveal another person’s real name, phone number, address, school, workplace, or similar private detail without their consent. Do not threaten to do so.

7. Scams and real money

Game cedis stay in the game. Do not ask another player to pay you real money for cedis, for an account, or for a favour in the city. Do not ask another player for their password.

Do not pretend to be support, and do not send links that exist to steal an account or a payment.

8. Cheating

Play the game as it is offered. Bots, scripts, bug abuse, and stacks of accounts used to farm rewards or dodge a block are not allowed.

9. Billboards and images

A billboard should be honest about what it is. Do not upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, anything sexual involving a minor, or anything aimed at recruiting children.

You need the rights to the image and to the website you attach. We may refuse or take down a placement that breaks this guidance.

10. Reporting

If something feels wrong, leave the conversation, use a block where that helps, and tell us. A report should describe what happened. Do not use reports to harass someone you simply dislike.

11. What we may do

We may remove a message or a billboard, undo a reward that came from cheating, limit chat, or close an account. We aim to match the response to the harm. Fraud, sexual content involving a minor, and serious threats can be acted on immediately.

Closing an account does not stop us from keeping what we need for a legal duty or to protect other players, as the privacy policy explains.

12. Contact
